This follows page one, which has some further explanations.
I’m going to try really hard to finish page 3 in the next week, but I might not make it.
Translations for Page 2
Big letters:
ktletaccete bedodeho biga bira
“The Children of the Great One were small and weak.”
Smaller letters to the left:
fenemere bedodeha ef’u’oktleteccate
“Fenemere is the first born of the Children of the Great One.”
Smaller letters to the right:
benejede bedodeha ‘unuubktleteccate
“Benejede is the youngest Child of the Great One.”
Tiny letters near bottom:
ne bedodeha bededahe
“This is Bededehe, the Artist of Being.”
In this footnote, this page demonstrates a fundamental part of how the language of Fenekere works. Bededehe is an individual, a member of the Ktletaccete (the Children of the Great One, ‘E). He is the Artist of Being. His skill is simply Being, existing. His name is then used as the root word for all verbs, adjectives, adverbs and nouns derived from the Art of Being. So, “bedodeha” means “is” or “are”, depending on the plurality of the noun it’s attached to. “Ne” means “this”. It’s just a happy coincidence that in the script it looks kind of like an arrow pointing at Bededehe himself.
In the Beginning, page two originally appeared on Drawing Contraption on 2014/09/19.
